1 banana ( best to use are slightly browned bananas)

2 eggs

1/4 cup of rolled oats

1/4 tsp of salt
Optional add-ins

Nut butter

Vanilla extract

Cinnamon

Cocoa powder
Instructions:

Mash banana with a fork or place in blender, mix in the eggs and oats.
Turn your skillet on med-high heat and oil the pan.
Pour mixture and allow to bubble slightly before flipping.
The pancake is a little delicate so flip carefully.
Top with your favorite toppings.
Will make about 5 to 6 medium-size pancakes.
