Fathers Involved Now (FIN) Supervisor

we would like to talk to you!

 

AFN’s dynamic Fathers Involved Now (FIN) service is a fathers’ service that promotes partnership between the fathers who are raising children with behavioral challenges and the child serving systems. AFN understands the important role fathers play in their children’s lives. We are looking for a supervisor for this crucial service supporting fathers who need to navigate the child servicing systems. Duties include supervising and coaching staff and maintaining quality services.

 

Minimum Qualifications:

You must be or have been a parent/primary caregiver raising a child with mental or behavioral health concerns. One year experience in direct supervision of staff preferred.

Experience in working with families and communities on behalf of children with mental health issues is highly desirable.

 

Job Details:

Monday - Friday

$55,000.00 annual salary

Medical, dental, vision

Generous paid time off

Ongoing training

 

Specific Position Requirements:  

Computer skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook, data entry, and ability to learn.

Current, valid PA driver’s license.

You must have a car for daily use and maintain auto insurance for bodily injury liability at $100,000/$300,00O

Available to work evenings and weekends as needed

Must be able to pass Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Act 33/34, FBI, and NSOR Clearances.
