Every family’s situation is different. When you connect with Allegheny Family Network, we take time to understand your needs and work with you to determine the best support options. Once enrolled, families can access the services that fit their goals and circumstances.
You do not need to apply for each program separately. Our team helps guide you to the support that makes the most sense for your family.
1. Get Connected
Families can be referred to Allegheny Family Network by a caseworker, partner agency, or by reaching out to us directly. Once a referral is received, our team connects with the caregiver to begin the process.
2. Share Your Story
A Family Support Partner meets with the caregiver to learn about their family’s goals, challenges, and the supports that may be helpful. This conversation helps us understand what the family is experiencing and how we can best support them.
3. Support That Fits Your Family
Once connected, families can access the services that best match their needs. Our team works alongside caregivers, adjusting support over time as goals are met and new needs arise.
