Allegheny Family Network was proud to partner with Grott Mentoring for their 3rd Annual Community Picnic on June 14, 2025, at Paulson Playground in Pittsburgh’s Lincoln-Lemington neighborhood.

The day started with a community cleanup that brought neighbors together to beautify the streets where they live, work, and play. Volunteers worked tirelessly throughout the morning, clearing trash and making a visible difference across the area.

After the cleanup, the celebration kicked into high gear with an afternoon of connection, fun, and great food at the community cookout. Families enjoyed games, laughter, and fellowship—showcasing the strength and resilience of the Lincoln-Lemington community.

A huge thank you to everyone who participated and made this event a success! Special appreciation goes to Grott Mentoring, the Lincoln-Lemington Collaborative, Treo Lindsay, Houzeof Waxx, and all the dedicated volunteers who made it possible.

Events like this highlight what’s possible when we come together. AFN is proud to stand alongside our partners and community members to create positive change. We can’t wait to see you at next year’s event!
