Talk to a Family Support Partner
Parent Support Line

When you need support navigating services for your child, you can talk with someone who understands.
When you call AFN’s Parent Support Line, you’ll connect with a trained and experienced Family Support Partner who has personal experience raising a child with behavioral challenges. Your Family Support Partner can provide emotional support, help you connect with community services, and support you as you navigate different systems.
You can also use the Parent Support Line to request face-to-face, one-on-one support from a Family Support Partner.
Parent Support Line Hours
Monday through Friday
9:00 AM to 4:30 PM
If you call after hours, you can leave a message and a Family Support Partner will return your call the next business day.
Please note: The Parent Support Line is a support and referral service. It is not a crisis line. In the event of a crisis, AFN staff will refer callers to emergency support services such as 911 or Resolve Crisis Network.
